In case of urgent matters or problems during products installations, a phone service will be available for customers at +39 049 920 04 26 from 8.30am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 6pm (Italian time, GMT+1).
This service does not provide phone help for complete programming procedures or quotations consultancies.
Telephone assistance (at customer´s charge)
EL.MO. has created a new telephone service to meet systems programming needs or long assistance sessions.
The helpdesk operator will arrange a suitable time for the customer to call back (within the following hour) and get professional help from an EL.MO.´s expertise.
This service is also available for customers who, due to lack of time or other important reasons, will not be able to attend to our EL.MO. special courses.
Direct consultancy service at our premises
EL.MO. offers its customers brief consultancies or installing solutions on catalogue products.

EL.MO. is able to propose this unique service of technical consultancy to its customers. Expert advice will be provided to face the most unusual and complex necessities along with the selection of suitable systems products. Training courses
EL.MO. schedules technical training courses weekly at its own premises in structures permanently equipped with courses facilities.
Courses subjects vary, and are chosen according to the wide range of EL.MO.´s catalogue products.
Training sessions can be especially-tailored to customers´ needs and there is also the possibility to hold them outside EL.MO. premises. In this case, please submit your request to the area sales agent and he/she will take care of the organization details.
