e-Connect platform allows you to make the most of Google Home and Amazon Alexa assistants with a view to managing your systems more easily. EL.MO intrusion detection units are able to communicate with the voice assistant solutions developed by Google and Amazon in order to grant a totally centralized management of both security and home automation systems (i.e. lighting, watering and heating systems).
The attainable levels of integration and automation are mainly two: single commands such as “switch on living room lights” or “roll down shutters” represent the basic activities, while the most advanced and complex activities are attained through routines. In practice, apparently simple commands such as “I go out” or “I go to bed” will generate a series of activities that will be performed automatically and simultaneously inside your house, such as switch off all lights, arm the burglar alarm system*, roll down shutters and roll up sun blinds.
