IFSEC 2007 BIRMINGHAM
 IFSEC 2007, one of the world leading global events for the security industry, has recently closed; held in Birmingham (UK), it attracted over 28.000 visitors and more than 700 exhibitors from all over the world.
El.Mo. participation to IFSEC 2007 has been a great success both for the presence of visitors coming from European and Middle East countries, and for the interest aroused by the solutions offered.
At IFSEC El.Mo. exhibited well known and successful solutions, such as Helios wireless devices, ETR intrusion detection units, fire detection systems based on Nittan Evolution series detectors, communication systems for GSM networks, and Global Management, the most advanced solution for building management. However, visitors’ interest has mainly focused on Home Manager, EIB-based domotics systems solution (soon available), capable of integrate management of lighting, air conditioning, video intercom and intrusion systems.

INTERSEC 2007 DUBAI FAIR
 Intersec 2007, the 9th edition of the most important security fair of the Middle East, has taken place in Dubay from 21st to 23rd January 2007. It was developedover an area of 16000 sqm, and has welcomed over 630 exhibitors from 49 countries, with a growth of 54 per cent compared to 2006 figures. EL.MO. presence has been noticed not only for his original429 C stand but also for the variety of devices and technologies it was presenting on global supervision, video surveillance, access control, fire detection and intrusion detection equipment to protect hotels, banks, shopping centres, industrial areas, offices and private houses. 
Particularly we have noticed a strong presence of visitors from the Middle East area. In the heart of the globalized market, in geographical areas where the security requirements are of the utmost importance, we found a remarkable interest about industrial automation and domotics solutions. It is also interesting to point out that operators were mainly interested in entering sole distribuition contracts.
Strongly satisfactory have been the contacts took with important customers fromQatar, Barhein, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman and also from Iran, Syria, Egypt and othercountries. In the end we can say that also this year the experience can be considered positive. EL.MO. has strengthened itspresence on the Middle East markets and broadly speaking in the East area markets.
