BrowserOne Enterprise is the configuration and remote assistance software that, working in synergy with e-Connect, allows to security companies and their technicians to elevate the remote management level of intrusion detection systems and to offer a high added value. Thanks to BrowserOne Enterprise, an installer company can synchronize in a single server the configurations of all systems of customers and share them among all its technicians. In this way, each operator is always able to interoperate and manage remote assistance sessions from any PC with BrowserOne Enterprise software, also remotely via e-Connect. Not only: BrowserOne Enterprise ensures always to the installers the latest firmware of the intrusion detection control unit, ready to be installed at the first maintenance.

BrowserOne Enterprise Features

		UNIFIED ENVIRONMENT BrowserOne Enterprise represents a unified environment of configuration and remote assistance: all EL.MO. control units, as well as devices, are manageable through the software.
		REMOTE SET UP AND SUPERVISION BrowserOne Enterprise ensures both local and remote configuration. Thus resulting in shorter installation times and reduced costs.
		UPDATE ALWAYS AVAILABLE The e-Connect platform communicates with the intrusion detection control units and BrowserOne Enterprise and allows to automatically download the firmware updates, ready to be installed. In this way, the installer is able to offer to his customers the latest update and cutting-edge systems.
		ALL-IN-ONE DATABASE Thanks to BrowserOne Enterprise, installation companies can save and synchronize in a single server the configuration of all systems of customers, and subsequently share information among all their technicians. Therefore, in case of need, it is also possible to restore systems to previous configurations, since BrowserOne Enterprise works as a unified database for all customers data and systems, interventions and past configurations.
		ADVANCED FUNCTIONS Advanced functions set up no longer needs to be carried on site: for example for what concern sensors, live environmental noise detection, waveform REC function, operative range, thresholds and sensitivity configurations can be easily done via LAN/WAN. As well as for sirens, you can customize the 2 multi-function LEDs and the optical acoustic signalling. Moreover, you can control the board and battery status, the tank level and see the event log of security fog systems. The ULTRABUS detectors can be set up via software, also using advanced functions: the live environmental noise detection, the waveform REC function, operative range, thresholds and sensitivity. For LEDA485 series sirens, you can customize the 2 multi-function LEDs and the opticalacoustic signaling. Moreover, you can control the board and battery status, the tank level and see the event log of the NEBULA security fog system.
